Plant HR

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Plant HR Executive to manage and support the HR functions at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in handling HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance in a plant/production environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment drives, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the onboarding of plant employees, including contract workers and operators. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances; maintain a positive work environment and resolve issues promptly. Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor attendance, leave records, and implement effective tracking systems to ensure accurate payroll processing. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory acts, and company policies. Maintain personnel records, contracts, and statutory documents such as PF, ESI, and labor license. Training & Development: Assist in organizing training sessions, safety programs, and skill development initiatives for plant workers. Performance Management: Support the implementation of appraisals, probation reviews, and performance improvement plans. Payroll Coordination: Work closely with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement. Health, Safety & Welfare: Promote and support workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 2-4 years of HR experience in manufacturing or plant environment preferred. Good knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive employee information confidentially. Proficient with HRMS and MS Office tools. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Location: Mahabubnagar Working :6 Days/Week
