Dry room Engineer

Role : Utilities, Dry room Strong technical skills in Adsorption technology, Desiccant rotor, Dehumidifiers operation, cleanroom & HVAC equipment's. Integration of equipment and critical sensor measurement readings & fire system with Building management system (BMS)central system using Bacnet, Modbus protocol. Coordinate with vendors for AMC schedule, FAT test and inspect the test report and conduct validation at site as per the standard for ESD floor resistance test, Duct leak test, compressed airline pressure test,chilled water line pressure test, and lux test. Derive the BOQ for the Dryroom & clean Room equipment's, Dehumidifier, AHU, Exhaust systems,Chiller pump, Fire & safety systems, PA system, Compressed air,& Electrical system for the production line. Should be familiar with all detailing work that is required during HVAC duct fabrication and installation. Should be familiar with installation works of DHUs, AHUs, supply boxes, magneholic gauge, HEPA filters,insulation, instrumentation, and Building Management System (BMS). Should be familiar with installation works of Chillers & Cooling towers. Should be familiar with prevailing HVAC standards, including American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) guidelines. Should be familiar with handling contractors at the site and allocating work on an everyday basis as per the agreed project schedule with proper tools, tackles, and drawings. To understand all construction and execution drawings and should be able to explain the same to team members before job execution. Should be familiar with engineering drawings which are required for HVAC works. Coordinating with team members and other professionals to ensure HVAC systems are installed and functioning efficiently Ensuring compliance with system specifications, work safety regulations and quality control standards Managing customer complaints and issues, and ensuring that appropriate steps are taken to resolve them Training and supervising HVAC technicians to ensure they are competent and consistent in their job performance Overseeing inventory and ordering HVAC parts and supplies as needed Staying updated on the latest trends and technological advancements in the HVAC industry, and adjusting current practices and procedures accordingly. Should be familiar with spreadsheets for reports preparation. Education : BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering BE in Mechanical Engineering Experience : 10 to 15 years of Experience in HVAC Systems designing, procurement, installation & Operation & maintenance
