Make ensure walk through observations are in compliance. 4. Take lead in accident /incident investigation & preparation of CAPA report. 5. HIRA for routine process & JSA for non routine process. 6. Change control to be reviewed for risk assessment. 7. To conduct the training of personnel in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR, firefighting, accident prevention and investigation, work place inspections and other matters related to implementing safety procedures in organization. 8. Ensure that walk through observations and recording & compliance. 9. To give response in case any emergency arises in the company. 10. Ensure safety audit, safety walk through observations are in compliance. 11. Performing technical activities leading to regulatory compliance, assessment of safety to human health and environment, liability avoidance, and product responsibility issues concerning existing new chemicals, materials, products or hard-goods. Maintain awareness of public EHS concerns that could impact products and contribute to strategic planning to address those concerns. 14. Focus on areas of concern and provide priority assignments to resolve product documentation discrepancies in relation to regulations or assignment.

Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for controlling of overall Boilers, Utility section of the companys factory. 2. Effectively delegate any Boiler and utility maintenance issues to be resolved on each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works. 3. Responsible for controlling Utility function & efficiency of O&M. 4. Develops, recommends, implements and updates standard operating procedures to economize operations in the repair and maintenance of facilities while increasing productivity. 5. Monitors utilities services contracts to ensure compliance and effective performance 6. Controlling preventing maintenance activities of Boiler, Thermopack, and other utilities. 7. Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance(PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively. 8. Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken as per schedule. 9. Control of corrective and preventive actions plans respective section. 10. Coordinates the modification and improvement of facilities and systems to increase efficiency while reducing operating costs. 11. To check and control over materials related to boiler and overall utility work. 12. Responsible for environmental aspects, impacts & identification of Risk over boiler and utility process. 13. Responsible for implementation and monitoring of Safety Standards during maintenance process. 14. Responsible of Record keeping of Boiler 15. Undertake training and development program of the boiler and utility department as per schedule and as and when required.

Role & responsibilities Manage and delivering the Project including conceptual, basic engineering, detailed design, engineering, procurement and execution on-time, within scope and within budget Overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific project ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Defining projects scope, finalizing deliverables and timelines, planning on business readiness and communication strategy, and identifying suitable vendors/contractors for respective engineering discipline Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team. Identify engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented Coordinate with internal departments like Mechanical, Electrical, boiler and utility for ongoing project designing, execution and work progress. Coordinate with purchase department for technical specification approval, dispatch schedule, quality related issue for al project related purchases. Arranging visit at vendor site for inspection of Equipment. Coordinate with Civil dept. for layout and execution, support to building designing team with review the work progress. Coordinate with R&D dept. for New project Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment type, material of construction, capacities, operating and design parameters, chemicals properties. Coordinate with safety department & actively participate in HAZOP, Fire hydrant system design, root cause analysis of safety incidents. Coordinate with vendor for technical issues, drawing approvals, required changes and dispatch scheduling. Managing projects through all phases of the project life cycle, i.e., requirements, alternative analysis, engineering, design, fabrication, testing, and implementation planning with the help of the team reporting into you. Planning for receipt of machinery and equipment to deliver. Delivering commissioned plant which is ready for operations and obtaining formal acceptance of final deliverables Selecting, training, and developing plant supervisory, technical, and administrative staff. Conducting employee performance reviews and fostering a well-trained and motivated staff Review all major technical challenges faced in the project with the Management team and make suggestions accordingly Prerequisites: Overall experience in executing chemical manufacturing projects, preferably in specialty chemicals manufacturing Must have experience of managing end to end project lifecycle and capex Should have high focus on safety, legal, compliance requirement to ensure that company and external Health and Safety and building regulations are adhered to throughout the project duration. You should have high commercial and engineering acumen to control costs, to set budgets and to manage delivery of work to required standards. Experience and sound understanding of technical design concepts and calculations related to piping, major equipment, utility etc. Working experience as project head or equivalent Strong business acumen, interpersonal managerial and team management skills The Candidate should be open to relocate with family nearby Kurkumbh, Daund, Baramati or Pune
