Program Management Lead

As a Program Management Lead at Citi, you will be a strategic professional responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of various programs within the organization. Your role will involve working closely with stakeholders to ensure that program plans align with business objectives and meet the needs outlined in the program initiation documents. You will also be responsible for managing a team, including people, budget, and planning, to drive performance and effectiveness in the sub-function/job family. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support planning, directing, and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs. - Assess and create program plans, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log. - Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities, and understand the program schedule and milestones. - Work with Program Sponsor to align the business case cost benefit analysis with business objectives. - Monitor program commitment from resource assigners and escalate risks when necessary. - Create and manage the program risk management plan. - Collaborate with procurement team to administer, track, and close program contracts. - Make recommendations for training and development needs for assigned personnel. - Direct area supported through responsibility for delivery of end results and shared responsibility for budget management. **Qualifications:** - 6-10 years of experience in project management, primarily in financial services. - Experience in supervising project managers, business analysts, or project officers. - Interaction experience at Board/Executive management level of businesses. - Technical proficiencies in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Capacity to work in highly pressured & volatile environments. - Willingness to work in India Night Shifts (8 AM to 5 PM EST).
