Program Management Lead

As a Program Management Lead at Citi, you will be a strategic professional who stays updated on developments in your field and contributes to directional strategy by applying them to your job and the business. You will be a recognized technical authority within the business, requiring basic commercial awareness and developed communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others. Your work will have a significant impact on the area through complex deliverables, providing advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. You will have full management responsibility for a team, including people management, budgeting, planning, and other related duties. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supports planning, directing, and coordinating day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs. - Assesses and oversees the creation and signoff of program plans, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, and acceptance plan. - Ensures all stakeholders are identified, included in scope definition activities, and understand the program schedule and key milestones. - Works with the Program Sponsor to ensure the business case cost benefit analysis aligns with business objectives. - Monitors program commitment from resource assigners and escalates program risks when appropriate. - Creates and manages the program risk management plan. - Collaborates with the procurement team to administer, track, and close program contracts. - Makes recommendations for training and development needs for assigned personnel. - Manages people managers and is responsible for the alignment of organizational objectives and individual development plans. **Qualifications:** - 6-10 years of experience in project management, primarily in financial services - Experience in supervising project managers, business analysts, and project officers - Experience in interacting at the Board/Executive management level of businesses - Broad understanding of business practices - Technical proficiencies in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Capacity to work in highly pressured and volatile environments - Willingness to work in India Night Shifts (8 AM to 5 PM EST) If you are seeking a challenging role as a Program Management Lead with full management responsibility and the opportunity to work on complex deliverables within the financial services industry, this position at Citi may be the perfect fit for you.,
