Program Management Lead

As the Program Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in establishing and implementing a robust program management and review structure for the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Establishing and operationalizing a program management framework that covers initiatives across different areas such as cell, packs, ESS, and chargers. - Setting up governance mechanisms including steering committees, dashboards, review cadence, and reporting structures. - Developing and implementing standardized tools, templates, and processes for project tracking and execution. - Collaborating with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs and milestones. - Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and driving resolution of cross-functional issues. - Providing regular updates on project execution to the Head Strategy, leadership team, and Board. - Mentoring and fostering a program management culture across the organization. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - MBA or Masters in Business, Strategy, Operations, or Engineering. - 10-12 years of experience in program/project management or strategy execution, with a preference for backgrounds in energy, manufacturing, or technology sectors. - Strong knowledge of program governance, PMO practices, and review systems. - Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Power BI, or equivalent program management platforms. - Excellent leadership abilities, stakeholder management skills, and communication capabilities. - Demonstrated ability to drive accountability in a cross-functional environment.,
