Job Summary

Karis Building Products LLP is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Professional Accountant to manage accounting, invoicing, and production-related financial data. The role involves maintaining accurate accounts, monitoring production statistics, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing analytical insights to evaluate business performance and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting, Invoicing & Financial Reporting

• Prepare and verify sales invoices, tax invoices, and billing documents.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and GST compliance.
• Maintain proper books of accounts and supporting records.
• Prepare Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Generate monthly and quarterly MIS reports.

Production Data Entry & Monitoring

• Enter and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production statistics.
• Monitor production output, wastage, and efficiency.
• Reconcile production data with inventory and sales records.
• Provide production-related cost analysis and variance reports.
• Support management with insights on cost per unit and productivity trends.

Business Performance Analysis

• Analyse profitability, cost structures, and margins.
• Identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, and improvement areas.
• Evaluate inventory control, pricing, and operational efficiency.
• Recommend financial and operational improvements.

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

• Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory filings.
• Ensure timely compliance and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants when required.

Advisory & Planning Support

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Advise on cash flow management and working capital optimization.
• Provide data-driven financial guidance to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Preferred: Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA)

(Experienced professional accountants with manufacturing exposure may also apply)

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or trading businesses.
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting, taxation, and costing practices.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with reporting skills.
• Ability to explain financial and production data in simple terms.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
• Proactive, advisory-oriented approach.
