Production Support Manager

Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supoort Manager to oversee our dynamic development team. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve system/application issues, collaborating with teams to minimize business impact. Analyse logs/metrics using debugging tools to identify root causes. Maintain records of incidents, Root Cause Analysis. Coordinate with developers, testers, and business users to prioritize fixes and implement enhancements. Investigate recurring issues to prevent future disruptions. Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and compliance with service agreements. Technical Requirements Languages: MySQL, Oracle, Mongo DB. Domain knowledge: Lending domain (LOS/LMS/Supply Chain Finance) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BE, Bsc IT or related field. Experience: 3-6 years of experience in production support, helpdesk management, or a related role. Technical Skills: Strong technical background with knowledge of IT systems, SQL/Oracle and software applications. Handson experience in the Lending domain & worked on LOS/LMS/Supply Chain Finance (SCF) product/s. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
