We are seeking an experienced Production Support Manager to lead the end-to-end monitoring, issue resolution, and stability of our fintech platform in production. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, a deep understanding of financial products (Lending, Payments, CMS, APIs, etc.), and proven experience managing L1–L3 support operations in a fast-paced fintech or BFSI setup.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in production support, application management, or technical operations (preferably in fintech/BFSI).
