ARVS Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer in the biomedical waste management sector, committed to delivering high-quality and sustainable solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure seamless execution of production plans.

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present production reports, including KPIs, downtime analysis, and resource utilization.
• Train and mentor production staff to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Liaise with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and dispatch of finished goods.

• Completion of 10th and 12th Grade.
• Bachelor’s Degree in B.Tech, B.Pharma, or B.Sc.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical equipment industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
