The role requires consistent adherence to safety protocols and the ability to work as part of a team to maintain production efficiency. Qualifications Skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues Proficiency in Preventive Maintenance techniques Expertise in Maintenance & Repair of industrial machinery Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations Ability to work effectively in a team environment Relevant technical certification or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
