Efficient Carting & Order Processing: · Manage the "Carting" process on GEM, ensuring accurate order creation and fulfillment. · Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) for smooth execution. · Track order status and resolve discrepancies promptly. 5. Documentation & Compliance: · Maintain meticulous records of all tender activities and submissions. · Prepare documentation for pre-qualification, technical, and commercial bids. 6. Market Intelligence & Reporting: · Conduct market research on competitor activities and pricing strategies. · Analyze tender outcomes and generate reports on GEM activities and success rates. Skills & Qualifications: Mandatory: Demonstrable expertise in the GEM Portal. Proven experience in uploading products and managing catalogs. Extensive hands-on experience in bidding and carting. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in tender management, preferably in equipment or manufacturing.
