As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tender Executive with specialized expertise in the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) Portal to join our growing team. This role is crucial for securing government contracts and driving our business growth. Job Summary: The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of tender participation, with a primary focus on navigating and optimizing our presence on the GEM Portal. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of GEM operations, including strategic product uploading, competitive bidding, and efficient order processing. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent analytical skills, and be committed to achieving successful tender outcomes for ARVS Equipments Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities: 1. GEM Portal Mastery: · Maintain complete and up-to-date knowledge of all GEM Portal functionalities, policies, and procedures. · Ensure ARVS’s compliance with all GEM guidelines and government procurement regulations. 2. Product Catalog Management: · Accurately upload, manage, and optimize product catalogs on the GEM Portal. · Regularly update product information to reflect changes, new offerings, and market trends. 3. Strategic Bidding & Tender Participation: · Identify relevant tender opportunities aligned with ARVS’s product portfolio. · Analyze tender requirements and prepare compliant, competitive bids. · Strategically price products/services to ensure competitiveness and profitability. · Monitor tender statuses and manage pre-bid interactions. 4. Efficient Carting & Order Processing: · Manage the "Carting" process on GEM, ensuring accurate order creation and fulfillment. · Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) for smooth execution. · Track order status and resolve discrepancies promptly. 5. Documentation & Compliance: · Maintain meticulous records of all tender activities and submissions. · Prepare documentation for pre-qualification, technical, and commercial bids. 6. Market Intelligence & Reporting: · Conduct market research on competitor activities and pricing strategies. · Analyze tender outcomes and generate reports on GEM activities and success rates. Skills & Qualifications: Mandatory: Demonstrable expertise in the GEM Portal. Proven experience in uploading products and managing catalogs. Extensive hands-on experience in bidding and carting. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in tender management, preferably in equipment or manufacturing. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.

You will be joining ARVS Equipments Pvt. Ltd., a leading company in the field of Biomedical Waste Management Products, located in New Delhi. As an Equipment Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the optimal performance of our specialized equipment, both at our facility and at client locations. Your key responsibilities will include conducting preventive and corrective maintenance of biomedical waste management equipment. You will be tasked with diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults, performing timely repairs to minimize operational disruptions, and installing new equipment. Additionally, you will provide technical training to users and operators, maintain detailed service logs and compliance records, and collaborate with R&D and production teams to provide feedback on equipment performance and suggest design improvements. You will also be required to respond to service calls and provide on-site support to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Staying updated with the latest technologies and regulatory standards relevant to biomedical equipment will be essential for this role. To qualify for this position, you should have completed 10th and 12th Grade, along with a Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech, B.Pharma, or B.Sc. You should possess hands-on experience in equipment servicing, preferably in biomedical or industrial machinery, and have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. Excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a willingness to travel for field service assignments are also required.,
