Job Summary

The Production Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing operations and coordinating with every department of digital IoT touch switches, ensuring efficient production, quality, store coordination, and timely delivery. The role focuses on optimizing processes, managing teams, maintaining high product reliability, and supporting scale-up in a fast-growing smart home electronics environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

·    Take care of Electronics Product Manufacturing

· Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations of digital IoT touch switches

·    Plan and control production schedules to meet delivery targets

·    Manage PCB assembly, testing, programming, and final prpduct assembly lines

·    Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001:2015)

·    Monitor product testing, firmware loading, and functional validation

·    Coordinate with procurement for electronic components and materials

·    Control inventory levels and ensure component traceability

·    Lead, train, and manage production, engineering, and shop-floor teams

·    Implement process improvements to reduce defects and costs

·    Drive lean manufacturing and efficiency initiatives

·    Support new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up

·    Work closely with R&D for DFM/DFA and process validation

·    Ensure ESD, safety, and statutory compliance on the shop floor

·    Analyze production KPIs and prepare operational reports

·    Handle customer quality issues and corrective actions

·    Optimize manpower utilization and training programs

·    Reduce scrap, rework, and field failure rates

·    Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualification & Experience

·    BE/BTech/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Industrial Engineering

·    3–7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
