Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhiwandi for a Production Operations Manager. The manager will oversee day-to-day production processes, plan and coordinate production schedules, manage resources effectively, and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include streamlining operations, supervising staff, monitoring production metrics, and implementing strategies to meet performance goals. The role also involves regular communication with various teams to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.

• Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management.
• Proficiency in Operations Management and workflow optimization.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess production data and implement improvements.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing manufacturing processes and leading teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhiwandi and adopt a hands-on management approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in handling manufacturing for industrial, medical, or electronics products is an advantage.
