Job Description

The Production Manager oversees manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Responsible for production planning, team supervision, process optimization, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Responsibilities: Production Planning and Execution: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets. Monitor production output and ensure timely delivery of products. Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and equipment. Team Supervision and Leadership: Supervise and lead production teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Manage team performance and resolve any conflicts or issues. Process Optimization and Improvement: Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Monitor and control production costs.
