Operations & Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments and production areas.
• Plan, organize, and monitor the entire production process to meet order timelines.
• Manage the workforce — scheduling, rosters, and task allocation for smooth workflow.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are aligned for daily production needs.
• Supervise all workstations to maintain productivity and process efficiency.
• Communicate with vendors for timely procurement and build strong long-term relationships.
• Monitor product quality at every stage and ensure all output meets company standards.
• Track orders and coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for on-time delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational challenges, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain production reports, quality records, and performance metrics.
• Promote a positive, disciplined, and safety-focused work environment.
