JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize the manufacturing process within the supplement industry. The ideal candidate will ensure production runs efficiently, maintains quality standards, and aligns with regulatory requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end production processes, from planning to execution.
• Develop workflows to optimize manufacturing efficiency and output.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Enforce quality control standards and compliance with industry regulations.
• Ensure efficient

  utilization of machinery, manpower, and raw materials

• Hire, train, and lead production staff to maintain operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot production challenges to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for management.

QUALIFICATIONS & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in

  Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field

  .
• 5+ years of production management experience, preferably in the supplement or food industry.
• Knowledge of

  GMP, FDA

  , and other relevant manufacturing standards.
• Experience in plant based nutrient extraction, food drying methods especially Vacuum tray drying  and powder processing equipment.
• Certifications in

  GMP, HACCP, or FSSC 22000

  are an added advantage.
