The Production Merchandiser is responsible for coordinating between design, production, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. This role involves planning, sourcing, tracking production status, and maintaining effective communication across all stakeholders to meet customer requirements and production deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate with design and sampling teams for product development. * Follow up with vendors and factories on production status and delivery schedules. * Manage and maintain production timelines to ensure on-time deliveries. * Monitor quality control and ensure product specifications are met. * Handle sourcing and procurement of raw materials and trims. * Maintain records and documentation for orders, samples, and production. * Address and resolve production-related issues promptly. * Assist in cost negotiations and budget management. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or related field. * 2-4 years of experience in apparel production or merchandising. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management tools. * Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
