Production Manager

Responsibilities:  Lead and Coordinate Operations: Oversee operational efficiency across the factory, head office, and multiple sites to ensure goals and objectives are consistently met.  Daily Operations Management: Supervise and manage daily activities to ensure smooth operations, aligning with company goals and customer demands.  Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide team members to enhance productivity and teamwork across all locations.  Resource Management: Develop and implement strategies for optimal resource allocation, cost management, and budgeting.  Inventory & Procurement: Monitor inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure timely stock replenishment and smooth production cycles.  Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.  Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives and standardize processes to improve operational performance.  Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.  Collaboration: Work closely with senior management on operational plans, budgets, and strategic objectives.  Vendor & Contract Management: Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.  Leadership in Change: Lead during organizational changes and expansion initiatives, maintaining team morale and productivity.  Culture Development: Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus, aligned with company values.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
