Job Description

Production

Oversee all production practices and develop efficient production schedules.
Manage and allocate material and human resources to meet production demands.
Select and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Supervise product standards and implement rigorous quality control programs.
Liaise with various departments, including procurement and external suppliers, to prevent production delays.
Supervise and motivate production employees, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:
10+ years of proven experience in production management, specifically within the medical electronics equipment manufacturing sector.
Education:
B.Tech or B.E. in Electronics or a related stream.

This is a key leadership role, and we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about contributing to the advancement of medical technology.
