Production

• Oversee all production practices and develop efficient production schedules.
• Manage and allocate material and human resources to meet production demands.
• Select and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Supervise product standards and implement rigorous quality control programs.
• Liaise with various departments, including procurement and external suppliers, to prevent production delays.
• Supervise and motivate production employees, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience:

   10+ years of proven experience in production management, specifically within the medical electronics equipment manufacturing sector.

• Education:

   B.Tech or B.E. in Electronics or a related stream.
