Understanding of technical drawings & specifications – to match purchase with production needs. 6. ERP/Inventory management knowledge – to track purchase orders and stock levels. 7. Cost control ability – reducing purchase costs without compromising quality. 8. Coordination skills – working with production, quality, and stores teams. 9. Quality compliance awareness – ensuring materials meet industry and company standards. 10. Strong communication & problem-solving skills – to resolve supply issues quickly. Preferred candidate profile Candidate must have 6-10 years experience as Purchase Manager in Manufacturing or Engineering Industry

Identify and build relationships with OEMs, dealers, distributors, and industrial clients. 3. Manage customer engagement, technical product presentations, and solution-based selling. 4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. 5. Drive digital marketing, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns. 6. Support the sales team with lead generation, proposal development, and pricing strategies. 7. Coordinate with production and R&D teams to align marketing efforts with technical specifications. 8. Strengthen the brand presence of Jami Hydraulics in the industrial and engineering sector. 9. Prepare and monitor marketing budgets, MIS reports, and performance dashboards. 10. Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building for repeat business. Preferred candidate profile 1. Experience: 8 To 15 years in Industrial / B2B Marketing (preferably in hydraulics, fabrication, heavy machinery, or engineering equipment industry) 2. Industry Background: Engineering / Manufacturing / Industrial Products 3. Functional Area: Marketing / Business Development / Industrial Sales Skills & Competencies: 4.
