Exp: -5-10 years,

Key Skills:

·        Manages and evaluates the production process.

·        Plant Operations Management, Vendor Development.

·        Process Analysis, Improvement and Optimization.

·        Supply Chain Management, Operation & Maintenance.

·        Jewelry Production Planning.

·        Budgeting & Cost Control Statutory Compliance Team Building & Leadership.

·        Material & Inventory Management Quality Control.

·        PC literate and strong knowledge of inventory systems, Analyze Inventory Statistics, Inventory Valuation, MRP and measurement tools essential.

·        Tracking and reporting the advancement of the deliverables (planned versus actual).

·        Proactive risk management, mitigation and resolution.

·        Organize Production Planning & Control Department along with Production Plan.

·        Production Planning of Casting Unit, Hand Made Unit, Stringing and Tube & Millroom Unit.

·        maximize effectiveness of production team, equipment and materials to produce multi-line products within planned schedules while reducing costs.

·        Develop and execute production schedules based on business demands.

·        Implemented preventive maintenance program for production facilities.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

1.      Productivity- Accurately understand the customers’ requirements of jewelry in terms of design, quality, time of delivery, etc.

Decide on accepting the work order from customer

Plan the production process and move the production smoothly from one department to another

Deliver the jewelry goods to customer with expected quality. Avoid delay in delivery of goods to customer

Ensure all terms and conditions of the agreement with the customer is followed during production

limit gold loss during production of jewelry

Ensure that production all jewelry order results in profit for the company

2.      Handling problems- Avoid process disruptions / delays and deliver goods on time

Handle technical issues during production and provide solution

Take corrective actions during human resource shortage, problem in machines, etc"

3.      Managing human resources - Assess the performance of department supervisors and workers in the unit

Resolve human resource issues in the unit and ensure smooth production process

4.      Interaction with supervisor- Understand the work output requirements

Comply with company policy and rule

deliver quality work on time as required by reporting any anticipated reasons for delays

5.      Quality of output - Ensure production quality products

Forecasting trends, developing inspiration design direction for each season.

Maintain higher Quality, Better Utilization of Resources, Reduced inventories

6.      Interactions with colleagues & other departments - Put team over individual goals

Resolution conflicts among team members as well as other departments

Multi-task activities involved in the product development

Solve the product related issue

7.      Understanding of potential sources of accidents and communicating - Spot and report potential hazards on time

Follow company policy and rules regarding use of hazardous materials

Attend and actively participate in the health and safety campaigns organized by the company

8.      Using Safety Gear- Use or Wear Safety Gear As Per The Rules Of The Company
