Production Executive

A Production Executive oversees daily production activities to ensure high-quality products are manufactured on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing production plans, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing resources, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating with other departments, and generating reports for process improvement. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.  Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet operational targets and timely delivery of products.  Process Oversight: Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.  Staff Management: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to ensure adherence to procedures, quality standards, and production goals.  Resource Management: Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of raw materials and manage inventory levels.  Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures and conduct inspections to resolve any production issues.  Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations, and company policies.  Problem Solving: Investigate production problems, analyze root causes, and implement effective resolutions.  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and supply chain, to optimize operations.  Reporting & Analysis: Generate production reports and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement.  Essential Skills & Qualifications  Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role.
