Candidate should be eligible to handle sales & Operations on a regular basis. Candidate should be able a handle a team of more than 10 members. Candidate should be proactive in handling all sales and customers grievances.

Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records of all raw materials (ply, laminate, hardware, adhesives, polish, fabrics, etc.) and finished goods. Track daily inward and outward entries through system or manual logs. Ensure all materials are properly tagged, stored, and labelled. Store Control Issue materials only against approved indents or job cards. Refuse or flag any verbal or unauthorized material movement. Check for damaged or incorrect items during delivery and report immediately. Integrity & Compliance Must show 100% honesty and discipline. No loose entries, backdated entries, or side issues will be tolerated. Be ready for surprise audits and weekly stock checks. Report any misuse or stock mismatch immediately to management. Coordination & Reporting Share daily stock reports with management. Coordinate with purchase team for low stock alerts. Prepare and submit monthly stock reports and GRN documentation. Skills & Knowledge Required: Basic knowledge of furniture factory materials – plywood types, hardware, fittings, polish, etc. Good in manual record keeping or basic Excel/ERP software. Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Strong moral character and zero tolerance for manipulation. Key Skills Required: Must be able to make continuous procurement calls to follow up on material requirements, pricing, and delivery timelines. Must have strong vendor coordination skills – including negotiating rates, following up on dispatches, and tracking delivery status. Should be able to prepare and maintain purchase orders, GRNs, and vendor records accurately. Must know basic Excel for updating purchase tracking sheets. Must be proactive, reliable, and able to follow up without reminders. Should understand basic materials used in furniture factories like plywood, laminates, hardware, adhesives, etc.

Responsible for preventive & breakdown maintenance for plant equipment, Utilities & Maintenance preventive, predictive and breakdown, Material indenting & inventory control.QMS, Team handling. Water Treatment dept. consist of Reverse Osmosis (R.O Plant), De-Mineralize Plant (D.M Plant), Cooling Towers (Induced draught), and Softeners etc. Looking after Operation and Maintenance activities of PSA Nitrogen plant of capacity . Maintenance of Reactors , Autoclaves , High Vacuum Ejector Systems , Centrifuges, Rotary vacuum Dryers. Operation & Maintenance of thermo pack boilers Shut down activities of plant and related jobs

Verify adherence to technical drawings, blueprints, and quality control plans. • Maintain detailed records of inspection results, including any deviations or non-conformances. Work closely with production personnel to communicate quality standards and inspection results. Adhering to all work-site safety rules and regulations. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness. Participate in quality meetings and assist in training production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.
