Job Description

We are hiring for the roles of Production Executive

Plan, coordinate, and supervise
production schedules
to meet output and quality targets.
Monitor
production lines
and ensure smooth workflow with minimal downtime.
Coordinate with departments like
Quality Control, Maintenance, and Supply Chain
to ensure resource availability.
Track key
production metrics
such as output, efficiency, waste, and downtime.
Identify bottlenecks and
implement process improvements
to enhance productivity.
Ensure strict compliance with
safety, health, and environmental
regulations.
Maintain and manage
production documentation
and reports.
Train and guide
production staff to follow SOPs and maintain quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues; escalate when required.
Drive
cost optimization initiatives
without compromising on product quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in
tensile testing
.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Hands-on approach with problem-solving mindset.
