Job Description

We are hiring for the role of Quality Executive

Inspect
raw materials, in-process, and finished products
to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Monitor and enforce adherence to
ISO, GMP, and HACCP
quality standards.
Identify defects and conduct
root cause analysis
to prevent recurrence.
Develop and implement
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
for quality control processes.
Maintain detailed
records of inspections, test results, and reports
.
Coordinate with the
production and maintenance
teams to address quality issues.
Train and supervise
quality control staff or line inspectors.
Handle
customer complaints
related to quality and provide corrective measures.
Ensure
calibration and maintenance
of measuring and testing equipment.
Participate in
internal and external quality audits
.
Suggest
process improvements
to enhance quality and reduce waste.
Approve or reject
incoming materials and finished goods
based on inspection results.
Ensure compliance with
safety, health, and environmental
regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Safety Certificate is mandatory
.
Strong understanding of
quality control systems, tools, and audits
.
Hands-on experience in
manufacturing or packaging industries
preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
