Production Executive Executive Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budget.
  • Analyze production needs, identify areas of improvement, and recommend solutions.
  • Plan personnel activity, assign tasks and adjust workflow and schedules accordingly.
  • Monitor production costs and discuss changes with the management team to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company regulations.
  • Supervise a team of production personnel to meet production targets.
  • Ensure that production activities comply with the quality standards set by the organization.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide employees with feedback to help them improve and meet targets.
  • Ensure proper utilization of resources to maximize productivity.
  • Evaluate equipment and machinery performance and take action to address any issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documents related to production.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the management team to review progress and identify areas for improvement.

Job Brief

  • Manage and oversee the production operations used by the company.
  • Collaborate with the management team in the development of production plans.
  • Ensure production processes across all departments and facilities are running smoothly.
  • Implement strategies to cut costs and achieve production targets.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that products are up to standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production plans: Develop plans outlining production targets, budgets, objectives, and schedules and ensure that these plans are followed. Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed to meet production demands.
  • Supervise staff: Assign responsibilities to production staff and monitor their performance. Lead by example and support staff in order to ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Ensure quality: Ensure that processes are implemented in compliance with the company’s quality standards. Monitor the production process to identify areas of improvement and take action to address any issues.
  • Manage budget: Analyze costs and identify ways to reduce production costs. Monitor expenses and take action to control and reduce expenses when necessary.
