Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Export Sales Documentation. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting export-related activities, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, and coordinating effectively with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support export sales activities and ensure smooth execution of export orders.
• Prepare and manage commercial export documents in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records and handle all documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
• Submit and follow up on orders with the factory, monitoring progress through to completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify potential new customers.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational and documentation issues.
• Provide timely communication and updates to management and customers.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Export Sales Documentation (FMCG / Foods / Beverages preferred).
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, shipping regulations, and trade compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Patient, persistent, and capable of handling tasks under pressure.
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in senior-level documentation roles in export sales.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
