Job Description

Job Summary:

The Production Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure production targets are met efficiently, within budget, and at the desired quality levels. This role involves managing production schedules, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:Production Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials.
  • Monitor daily production activities and troubleshoot any operational issues.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

Quality Control & Process Optimization:

  • Ensure that production processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to address product defects and implement corrective actions.

Team Management & Workforce Development:

  • Supervise and lead production staff, ensuring productivity and motivation.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on production techniques and safety protocols.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvements in workforce management.

Equipment & Maintenance Coordination:

  • Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  • Work with the maintenance team to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Identify and implement technological advancements to improve production efficiency.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Enforce safety protocols to create a hazard-free working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct safety training programs and risk assessments regularly.

Reporting & Budget Management:

  • Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
  • Monitor and control production costs to stay within budget.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in production management in a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
