Transport Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee and optimize our daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate will manage shipments, coordinate with vendors and transporters, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain accurate records. A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers or clients.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, transport companies, and warehouse staff.
• Track shipments and update internal systems on delivery status.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents (invoices, ASN, LR, GRN etc.).
• Optimize transportation routes and cost-efficiency.
• Resolve delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies proactively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Support the procurement and sales teams with logistics input.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in a logistics, dispatch, or supply chain coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of getting goods inwarded into modern trade, appointment based deliveries to be handled with precision and without mistakes.
• Coordination with transporters likeTCI Express, Gati, Safexpress, Bluedart and Vexpress

Further coordination with customers like amazon, flipkart, dmart etc.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of customs, import/export regulations (if applicable).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
