We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Plan, monitor, and coordinate all apparel production activities to ensure timely execution from order receipt to final dispatch. Liaise closely with merchandising team on product costing, T&A planning, and order tracking. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including: Fabric team for raw material sourcing and inventory Cutting, embroidery, stitching, finishing, washing & packing teams to ensure smooth workflow Track progress and proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks. Maintain detailed production status reports and highlight delays or risks to management. Follow up on trims/accessory procurement and ensure readiness as per schedule. Ensure quality and delivery timelines are maintained across all production stages. Support merchandising team with vendor communication and sample coordination as required. Work with warehouse team to ensure goods are delivered as per plan and aligned with sales requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate or Diploma in Fashion Technology / Apparel Merchandising / Textile or related field 2–5 years of experience in production coordination or merchandising in the apparel industry Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes, costing, and production planning Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Proficient in Excel, T&A tracking tools, and internal communication platforms Effective communicator in both English and Hindi What We Offer: A collaborative and performance-driven work culture Opportunity to work closely with creative and operations teams Exposure to end-to-end apparel production lifecycle Competitive salary and performance incentives Show more Show less
