We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Plan, monitor, and coordinate all apparel production activities to ensure timely execution from order receipt to final dispatch. Liaise closely with merchandising team on product costing, T&A planning, and order tracking. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including: Fabric team for raw material sourcing and inventory Cutting, embroidery, stitching, finishing, washing & packing teams to ensure smooth workflow Track progress and proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks. Maintain detailed production status reports and highlight delays or risks to management. Follow up on trims/accessory procurement and ensure readiness as per schedule. Ensure quality and delivery timelines are maintained across all production stages. Support merchandising team with vendor communication and sample coordination as required. Work with warehouse team to ensure goods are delivered as per plan and aligned with sales requirements. We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Merchandiser – Buying to join our team and bridge the gap between design, production, and sourcing. Key Responsibilities: Costing & File Management Accurately calculate and finalize garment costing in coordination with sourcing and design teams. Create and manage garment production file, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and costing files. Ensure all data is accurately entered and maintained in the ERP system , including style codes, pricing, specs, and approvals. Design & Sampling Coordination Collaborate with the design and sampling teams to finalize fit, trims, fabrics, and embellishments . Follow up on sample development, ensuring timely approvals and buyer feedback incorporation. Prepare final garment files (cost, spec, trims, etc.) for production handover. Sourcing & Production Interface Coordinate with the sourcing team for smooth file handover for bulk production , ensuring all details are complete and approved. Follow up with the production team regularly for updates on production status. Track timelines and alert stakeholders on potential delays or issues. Buyer Communication Serve as a key point of contact between the internal team and senior buyers . Share regular updates with buyers on production progress, approvals, and dispatch timelines. Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in communication.
