Job Description : Product Owner

Need at least 7 years related

1. Backlog Management

Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is clear, transparent, and prioritized.

Write detailed and well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Continuously refine and groom the backlog based on changing priorities or stakeholder feedback.

Balance technical debt, new features, and customer improvements effectively.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as the primary point of contact between business, users, and the development team.

Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders (internal and external).

Manage expectations by ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and changes.

Facilitate communication across teams (engineering, design, QA, marketing, etc.).

3. Sprint & Delivery Management

Collaborate with the Scrum Master and team during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Prioritize backlog items for each sprint based on value and dependencies.

Validate deliverables to ensure they meet the Definition of Done (DoD) and business needs.

Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities to ensure smooth delivery.

4. Customer & Value Focus

Act as the voice of the customer in all product decisions.

Use data and user feedback to drive improvements and enhance the user experience.

Measure product success using KPIs, analytics, and user satisfaction metrics.

Ensure each product release delivers tangible business value.

5. Continuous Improvement

Analyze sprint performance, release metrics, and product outcomes to optimize future work.

Foster a culture of continuous learning within the product and development teams.

Stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, and agile practices.

Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps.

Coordinate integration with third-party systems or APIs.
