Role Description This is an on-site contract role for an International Voice Process Executive located in Kochi. The role involves handling international customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls, providing excellent customer support, and resolving issues efficiently. The Executive will be required to maintain customer records, follow communication guidelines, and collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience. Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach are essential for this role. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills in English Experience: 6 months - 1 year Customer support and problem-solving abilities Experience in handling international/ domestic voice processes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively Proficiency in using CRM software and data entry Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork Flexibility to work in night shifts Experience in the BPO/IT industry is a plus Show more Show less
