Job Title:

Job Location: Madhapur - Hyderabad

Job Type: Permanent / Full Time

Working days: 6 days (2nd Saturday Off)

Shift time: 10am 06pm

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner to lead product strategy, design effective solutions, and serve as the bridge between business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, hands-on experience in product management, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dive deep into

   market research and competitor analysis

   to spot opportunities and trends.
2. Collaborate with

   business teams

   to understand challenges and define product goals.
3. Partner with

   tech and design teams

   to craft scalable, user-friendly solutions.
4. Define and prioritize the

   product backlog

   with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
5. Build and manage

   product roadmaps

   (quarterly, half-yearly, and annual).
6. Drive

   end-to-end product development

   , ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
7. Track performance, gather feedback, and continuously enhance the product experience.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

1. 24 years of proven experience as a

   Product Owner or Business Analyst in the software industry.

2. Experience in

   e-commerce or quick commerce

   products is a strong plus.
3. In-depth knowledge of

   Agile/Scrum methodologies

   and

   product lifecycle management

   .
4. Strong ability to

   translate business needs into technical deliverables

   .
5. Excellent

   analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

   .
6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

4–6 Years
