Job Description

As a Product Manager or Product Owner at Sigma Infosolutions Limited, you will play a crucial role in the financial domain and software development or digital transformation. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Define and drive product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Conduct market research, engage with customers to understand their needs, manage expectations, and drive ROI improvements. - Create, refine, and prioritize product backlogs, lead scrums, establish release plans, solve roadblocks, and act as the product ambassador. - Stay updated on emerging technologies, ensure adherence to quality checks, and oversee product deployment smoothly. - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and business analysts, mentor team members, and identify and develop future leaders. - Support pre-sales activities, determine pricing and positioning strategies, enable distribution channels, and lead global product launches. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Strong experience in the financial domain for Product Manager and in software development or digital transformation for Product Owner. - Expertise in Agile methodology, backlog management, sprint and release planning, and requirement traceability. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders. - Capability to evaluate market trends, anticipate risks, connect business needs to technology, and prioritize features based on ROI. - Familiarity with system integrations, technology stacks, project management tools, ISO/CMMi frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives. - Ability to nurture team members, conduct appraisals, and groom future leaders. - 5-7 years of experience for Product Manager and 6+ years of experience (with at least 3 years as Product Owner) along with a Bachelors in CS, IS, or Business Administration.
