We have a suitable opening in the Operations Data Analytics department for the role of Product Owner Analytics , based in Pune.
Scope:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team, focusing on the delivery of impactful analytics products. In this role, you will be accountable and responsible for ensuring that our analytics solutions consistently deliver significant value to the business. You will work closely within a collaborative Product Team, comprising Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Business Owners, and UX Designers, to define, develop, and deploy cutting-edge analytical tools. A key aspect of this position involves actively prioritizing the roadmap and managing the backlog in an Agile delivery mode, ensuring efficient and iterative product development. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
DEFINE AND COMMUNICATE PRODUCT VISION Business representative who works with Business Leads to define Product vision and Value Management plan Communicate Product vision and priorities Ensure Product Team, Business Leads and BRM understand evolution of vision through product lifecycle.
COMPILE AND REFINE PRODUCT BACKLOG Translate Product vision into list of appropriate documentation (Features, User Stories, specs) to compile backlog and set of features for Product Team delivery
WORK DAILY WITHIN PRODUCT TEAM Enable Product Team with inputs into Release and Sprint planning Review accumulated results and value at the end of each Sprint against Release Plan and makes final decision to determine if Sprint met objectives and when Release is complete Manage Product backlog grooming and refinement, adding and deleting product features throughout lifecycle Provide daily support to Product Team. Includes answering questions, sharing knowledge of the vision, helping the team understand customer needs, provide all needed input to ensure team works on the right priorities to deliver maximum value
SET PRIORITIES AMONG CUSTOMERS BUSINESS STAKEHOLDERS Demo Sprint outputs / working software to stakeholders on a regular basis for inputs to build feedback loop into backlog Work with customers, stakeholders, and SMEs to identify features needed to ensure Product ROI Set priorities to ensure Product Team is working on highest value features
