Product Operations Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Operations Specialist to join our dynamic, AI-driven SaaS organization within the MarTech sector. This role is well-suited to a professional who is dedicated to enhancing product development processes, proactively eliminating potential blockers for technical teams, and maintaining comprehensive, actionable insights into product performance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA personnel, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of our agile product development initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a mid-level professional aspiring to progress into a Product Management career path.

Responsibilities

Triage incoming bug reports and manage Jira ticket flow to keep priorities clear and actionable.Set up and maintain tracking of key product KPIs, reporting regularly to stakeholders.Analyze product processes and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.Support Product Managers in refining existing PRDs and creating small-scale PRDs for new features or enhancements.Proactively answer developer questions related to product design and requirements to prevent blockers during sprints.Coordinate across internal departments — including QA, Marketing, and Customer Success — to ensure everyone stays aligned on product plans and timelines.Champion agile best practices and contribute ideas to improve team productivity and product delivery processes.Prepare and share clear, concise status updates on tickets, sprint progress, and KPIs with relevant stakeholders.Maintain accurate documentation of product changes, processes, and reporting methods.

Experience

3+ years of experience in product operations, product coordination, or similar roles within SaaS or technology companies.Demonstrated success working in agile environments, supporting product and engineering teams.Experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Amplitude, or similar) to monitor and report on KPIs.Background coordinating complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.

Tools & Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Jira for ticket management and agile workflow support.Familiarity with product analytics tools and KPI tracking systems.Solid understanding of agile methodologies and processes.Advantage: Experience in marketing technology or Through Channel Marketing Automation platforms.

Collaboration & Communication

Excellent communication skills to interface effectively with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.Proven ability to organize complex information and distill it into actionable plans. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
