The Opportunity

Visdum is looking for a passionate Product Marketer to join our team as we shake up the sales compensation world. We're the only company that's actually cracked the code on sales commissions for SaaS - and we're just getting started.


As our Product Marketer, you'll be the bridge between what we build and how the world sees it. You'll craft the stories that make people sit up and take notice, arm our sales team with everything they need to win, and turn product features into must-have solutions.


1-2 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience


Responsibilities

  • Shape how the world sees Visdum by developing positioning and messaging that cuts through the noise
  • Create sales enablement assets that actually help close deals - battle cards, competitive intel, demo scripts, and presentations that sales reps love using
  • Become our go-to expert on sales compensation so you can speak our customers' language and solve their real problems
  • Build programs that turn customers into advocates - case studies, success stories, testimonials, webinars, podcasts that showcase real wins
  • Own product launches from start to finish, making sure new features land with impact in the market
  • Use real usage data to understand how different customer segments behave and what makes them tick
  • Run experiments to see what messaging works best and constantly improve our approach
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to stay plugged into what customers actually want
  • Track what's working and what's not, then use those insights to make our marketing smarter


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years of customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, product marketing or content marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals, product lifecycles, and putting customers first
  • Talent for taking complicated product features and explaining them in ways that make people want to buy
  • Comfort working with product data to understand user behavior and guide marketing decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing to figure out what messages hit hardest
  • Know your way around Google Analytics, HubSpot, Microsoft Clarity and similar marketing automation and analytics platforms
  • Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar platforms for creating marketing visuals and materials - this is a key requirement for the role
  • Strong project management skills - you can keep multiple balls in the air without stress
  • Great communication skills and the ability to explain complex stuff simply
  • Love for data and using it to make smart decisions
  • Team player who pays attention to details and takes initiative

  • Quarterly check-ins and ongoing mentorship to help you grow and contribute at the highest level.
  • Close collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams so you see the full picture.
