In this role, you will compare competitors offerings with Festo's products, helping customers make informed decisions. Your responsibilities will include providing analytical support for cross-referencing products, both for clients and internal teams, across standard and special projects.Your responsibilitiesSupport customers remotely to troubleshoot and commission their Pneumatic automation systems.Identify and resolve issues related to product malfunction / wrong installation / wrong parameterization of Festo Components such as Pneumatic Actuators, Valves and Valve terminal, Air prep units, Vacuum technology, Tubing, Fitting, etc. and accessories.Select the proper components for the customers Pneumatic and Process application.Keep an open communication with other Festo companies worldwide to clarify customer-specific problems and technical details.Participate actively in technical trainings. Our RequirementsDegree in engineering in the field of Mechanical/Mechatronics without any backlogs.Excellent written and verbal English communication.Very good MS Office knowledgeTechnical Inclination towards new product launch and applications Ability to work effectively with different cross functional teams.A passion for helping customers solve technical issues and delivering exceptional service.Graduates from the year 2023 or 2024Note: Computer Science background is not relevant to this role!

Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
