HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

Role & responsibilities:

You will be responsible for working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to effectively execute sourcing and hiring strategies. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting broader talent initiatives.

1. Talent Sourcing & Networking:

• Actively source, build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive search across various channels, including Naukri, LinkedIn and internal career portals, employee referrals, headhunting, and other social platforms.

2. End to End recruitment activities:

• Own and manage end to end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, shortlisting and screening candidates based on job requirements, coordinating the entire interview process with respective hiring teams and stakeholders
• Organize large-scale recruitment drives

3. Process Excellence and Reporting:

• Ensure the quality and consistency of Talent Acquisition process, KPI (lead time, quality of profiles, offer conversions), SLAs
• Maintain data quality to enable data driven insights for decision making and recruitment strategies
• Initiate and implement process optimization

4. Employer Branding:

• Support in planning, executing employer branding campaigns across various platforms
• Develop early talent programs
• Manage University relations and campus engagement

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a prior experience in a recruitment agency
• Experience in recruiting in engineering, sales, software and manufacturing industries
• Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A positive and can-do attitude with a high work ethics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRMs
