HR Executive - Talent Acquisition

As a Recruitment Coordinator in our company, your role will involve performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews with hiring managers and following up on the interview process status to close the positions. Additionally, you will ensure the completion of onboarding formalities for new joiners and maintain the Keka HRMS Portal. It is important that you are familiar with HR softwares and digital platforms to excel in this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates - Coordinating interviews with hiring managers - Following up on the interview process status and closing the positions - Ensuring the completion of onboarding formalities - Maintaining the Keka HRMS Portal - Being aware of HR softwares and digital platforms The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - Knowledge of the recruitment process - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate - Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality - Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRMS Portal Experience required for this role is 2 to 4 years, and the preferred qualifications are MBA(HR) or MHRM (Full Time).
