About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and high-energy Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for multiple business functions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively source and build a strong pool of candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and social media.
  • Use proactive headhunting techniques to identify and engage potential candidates for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, shortlisting, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Organize and support large-scale recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and other hiring events.
  • Ensure recruitment quality by adhering to KPIs such as lead time, quality of profiles, and offer-to-join ratio, along with agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate and updated data in recruitment trackers and CRM/ATS systems for reporting and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Support the planning and execution of employer branding initiatives across online and offline channels.
  • Assist in developing early talent and entry-level hiring programs.
  • Build and manage relationships with universities and participate in campus hiring activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with

    2 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

    , preferably with recruitment agency experience.
  • Strong experience hiring for

    engineering, sales, software, and manufacturing

    roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel

    and

    CRM/ATS tools
