Role Overview:

Product Marketing Manager (PMM)

strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Key Responsibilities:

Positioning & Messaging

• Define and refine product narratives across

  Voice AI, RTC infra, and developer tooling

• Translate complex tech (WebRTC, AI agents, SIP gateways, RAG, etc.) into

  simple, compelling stories

Go-to-Market (GTM)

• Build and execute GTM plans for new launches (SDKs, APIs, Agent Cloud, etc.)
• Own product launches end-to-end: messaging, content, campaigns, collateral, website updates

Sales & Customer Enablement

• Create

  pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards

  for BFSI, healthcare, and gaming verticals
• Equip sales/partnerships with narratives that

  differentiate VideoSDK

Content & Community

• Collaborate with growth team on blogs, whitepapers, webinars, videos, and event content
• Drive thought leadership: “Voice is the New UI”, “Conversation OS”, “Future of AI Agents”
• Support developer adoption with docs, tutorials, and storytelling

Market & Customer Insights

• Research developer needs, competitor positioning, and industry trends
• Feed insights into the product roadmap
• Track adoption metrics, activation funnels, and campaign performance

Qualification:

• 4–8 years in

  Product Marketing or Growth Marketing

  (SaaS / AI / Infra / Developer Tools)
• Strong B2B GTM, enterprise storytelling, and developer-first positioning skills
• Ability to simplify

  complex tech (AI/ML, APIs, infra)

  into crisp messaging
• Skilled at GTM collateral: decks, blogs, landing pages, sales enablement
• Bonus: Exposure to

  BFSI, healthcare, gaming, or consumer AI

  verticals
• Bonus: Familiarity with

  WebRTC, AI agents, or voice/video infra
