NextDimension AI is a healthcare AI company founded by engineers from Google, Amazon, and Visa. We're building the AI-powered operating system for specialty medical practices—combining AI agents and human staffing solutions to transform healthcare operations.

We're at an exciting inflection point:


Role Description

first product team member

This is a founding team, individual contributor role.

You'll work directly with the CEO and CPO (the founders). You'll develop the strategy AND execute it yourself—from positioning frameworks to LinkedIn posts, from sales decks to customer conversations.


What You'll Own

1. Product & Market Positioning (30%)

  • Define NextDimension's positioning in AI + healthcare landscape
  • Craft differentiated messaging for multiple audiences: practice administrators, physicians, healthcare VCs, medical associations
  • Create positioning documents, messaging frameworks, and value proposition maps
  • Build and maintain brand guidelines and tone of voice

2. Content & Marketing Materials (40%)

  • Design content strategy that moves prospects through awareness → consideration → decision
  • Determine content mix: What converts better—case studies, ROI calculators, demo videos, or comparison guides?
  • Identify content distribution channels and partnership opportunities
  • Plan editorial calendar aligned with business priorities and industry events

3. Strategic Customer Development & Market Validation (20%)

  • Lead Generation:

    Identify high-value specialty medical practices using marketing channels, CEO introductions, and networking
  • Discovery & Outreach:

    Deep research on each practice: size, locations, technology stack, pain points. Map decision-makers and influencers. Understand their operational challenges
  • Partnership Development:

    Research and reach out to strategic partners: medical associations, practice management consultants, healthcare technology ecosystems. Explore co-marketing and channel partnership opportunities

4. Marketing Analytics & Growth Optimization (10%)

  • Identify highest-ROI marketing channels. Prioritize initiatives based on impact vs. effort. Build business case for marketing investments
  • Set up analytics: Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, email metrics
  • Build dashboards tracking: website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, CAC, content engagement


Qualifications

Required:

  • MBA/PGDM from

    IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS/SPJIMR

    or equivalent top-tier B-school
  • 3-5 years

    in growth marketing, brand management, product marketing, or strategic roles

Core Competencies:

  • Strategic thinker:

    Can develop positioning, messaging architecture, and go-to-market strategy
  • Hands-on executor:

    Comfortable writing blog posts, designing slides, and building campaigns yourself
  • Excellent writer:

    Can craft compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences across formats
  • Technical aptitude:

    Can understand AI/tech concepts and translate them for non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter:

    Thrive in ambiguity, take initiative without hand-holding, build processes from scratch
  • Data-driven:

    Use analytics to inform decisions and optimize continuously

Nice to Have:

  • Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Understanding of SEO, paid marketing, and digital growth channels
  • Experience building go-to-market strategies for new products
  • Strong preference for:

    B2B SaaS experience, Tech background, Startup experience 


Compensation:

  • Base Salary:

    ₹14-24 LPA (commensurate with experience)
  • Performance Bonus

  • Early-stage equity

    with high upside potential
