Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Data Operations Analyst to join the Clinical Research team with a client. This is a unique, high-impact role at the forefront of healthcare innovation. You will be responsible for managing the data, systems, and automations that power research initiatives. Crucially, you will also serve as the primary operational liaison with NextDimension's internal AI team, helping to identify, design, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions within the workflows. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who is passionate about data, process automation, and the potential of AI to transform clinical research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Analytics:

  Manage and analyze clinical research databases, generate reports, and create data visualizations to support ongoing studies and identify operational trends.

• Process Automation:

  Identify opportunities for automation within the department; design, build, and maintain scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

• System Administration:

  Manage user access and permissions for key research systems and databases through Active Directory and other administrative tools.

• AI Implementation Partnership:

  Act as the key point of contact for the NextDimension AI team. You will collaborate with them to map existing workflows, identify use cases for AI, and support the implementation and testing of new AI-powered solutions.

• Data Integrity & Governance:

  Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all clinical research data, adhering to all relevant compliance and privacy standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analysis, operations, or IT role, preferably within a healthcare or research environment.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using tools like SQL and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with process automation, including scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) or using automation platforms.
• Experience with user and permissions management in Microsoft Active Directory is required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and a passion for improving healthcare through technology.

Compensation:

Base Salary: INR 5-8 LPA

Bonus: Based on performance.
