Role Description Architect and Implement: Architect, design, and implement the highly scalable backend services that power NextDimension’s AI agents and platform features. Optimize and Scale: Improve the reliability, latency, and cost-efficiency of our AI services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Solve Core LLM Challenges: Systematically address challenges inherent to working with large language models (e.g., high latency, output variance, security), fostering a defensive, fault-tolerant engineering mindset. Drive MLOps: Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI models and services, implementing best practices for CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
