Job Description

Job Description: NextDimension AI, a fast-growing healthcare AI startup, is looking for a foundational leader to build and scale the operations team in Delhi/Gurgaon to support US-based clients. As the founding operations and client leader in India, you will play a crucial role in owning the service delivery and strategic client relationships. This hybrid role requires you to lead the team, handle critical tasks as the subject matter expert, and ensure operational excellence for client success. Key Responsibilities: - Client Partnership: Take ownership of strategic US client relationships, including leading client reporting and business reviews (WBRs, QBRs). - Automation Strategy: Analyze client operations to introduce AI automation tools effectively. - Hands-on Leadership: Lead by example by personally handling patient calls, prior-auths, and RCM tasks to set quality standards and serve as the primary backup. - Team Building: Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage the operations team from scratch. - Process Excellence: Develop, document, and optimize operational SOPs to ensure efficiency. - Compliance: Ensure 100% HIPAA compliance and data security enforcement. Qualifications & Skills: Required: - MBA or Master's in Healthcare Administration (MHA). - Minimum 5 years of operations experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Demonstrated "player-coach" mentality with a proven track record of hands-on involvement in core tasks. - Experience in successfully hiring, training, and scaling operations teams. - Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills. - Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytical skills. - Deep practical experience in a BPO/KPO environment and thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations. Preferred: - Expertise in US healthcare processes, including patient scheduling, queries, and RCM. - Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks. - Previous experience in the US Healthcare industry and startup environments. - Familiarity with call center technologies and certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Process Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
