Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at Beanstalkedu, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing product marketing initiatives for the innovative SaaS platforms, aKadmy and Buzzapp. Your responsibilities will include shaping positioning and messaging, enabling adoption, and driving revenue growth for both platforms. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of messaging, funnel health, and growth experiments. Key Responsibilities: - **Positioning & Messaging:** - Define differentiated positioning for aKadmy and Buzzapp in the India and Malaysia markets. - Refine product messaging across various touchpoints such as website, decks, emails, and onboarding process. - Create competitor battlecards and analyze market landscapes. - **Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution:** - Strategize and execute feature and product launches effectively. - Collaborate with digital marketing and sales teams to implement bundled campaigns like Buzzapp + aKadmy starter packs. - Develop regional go-to-market plans specifically tailored for India and Malaysia. - **Customer Lifecycle & Growth Marketing:** - Develop onboarding sequences, upsell playbooks, and renewal triggers to enhance customer engagement. - Design drip marketing campaigns targeting academic heads, admins, and preschool owners. - Implement referral programs and monitor the adoption of value-added features. - **Sales Enablement:** - Create sales kits, demo scripts, ROI decks, competitive comparisons, and pricing sheets to support sales efforts. - Train inside sales and BD teams on effective positioning and pitch strategies. - Monitor collateral usage and gather feedback for continuous improvement. - **Campaign Strategy & Content Alignment:** - Collaborate with content and digital marketing teams to align campaign themes with the overall product strategy. - Provide suggestions for blog, SEO, email, and webinar topics to support the progression of the marketing funnel. - Track and analyze campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates. - **Cross-Team Collaboration:** - Work closely with product teams to gain insights into the roadmap and user feedback loops. - Collaborate with customer success to develop case studies and client testimonials. - Represent marketing requirements in product planning sessions. Qualifications Required: - 2-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in edtech or emerging markets. - Proven expertise in positioning, GTM strategy, and sales enablement. - Strong written and visual communication skills. - Proficiency in performance marketing metrics, CRM tools, and funnel analytics. - Excellent project management and stakeholder alignment skills. - Bonus: Experience in marketing to schools, franchisees, or academic heads.
