Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create illustrations for educational content, including characters, backgrounds, and other visual elements.
• Create motion graphics and animations for educational videos.
• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final products.
• Collaborate with the content development team to understand project requirements and educational goals.
• Enhance videos with graphics, sound effects, music, and voiceovers.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with Beanstalkedu.com’s brand guidelines and educational standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in illustration, video editing, and motion graphics.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Illustrator, Motion Graphics Designer, and Video Editor.
• Proficiency in illustration software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from team members.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating educational content for children.
• Knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles.
• Familiarity with 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
